Mafalda: “Las que faltaron”

The band ‘Mafalda’ was born in Valencia in 2010, showing a musical symbiosis that brings together various musical genres such as ska, reggae, funk and hardcore. The band’s lyrics have a marked combative character both at a social and cultural level, many of their lyrics being social criticism.

Today’s song (“Las Que Faltaron”, The Missing Ones), in collaboration with Rebeca Lane (Guatemala, 1984), shows the lack of visibility that women had -and continue to have, in some cases- during the history of humanity. I strongly recommend that you read the lyrics (warning: you may get range, tears or goosebumps).
